SDC- Sunland Roofing is an exceptional company. Paul came out to give us an estimate and was very knowledgeable in the roofing and construction trades. SDC was not the cheapest but well worth every penny more. His estimate was not far off from the others but he provided more details and better quality materials than all the rest. Paul is a general contractor and could fix extra items on my roof that a regular roofing licence is not qualified to do. I chose Sunland Development Corporation Roofing Division to do a sectional repair on my roof before the rain came. SDC was in the middle (bid wise) out of 4 estimates. SDC is a great honest company and does what they say they will do, without added cost. SDC reviews definitely speak about who the company is. Highly recommended!!

SDC-Sunland Roofing is a honest company. Owner Paul came out to give me a estimate on my 20 year old roof. Paul told me the roof should be fine for a few more years as I have no leaks yet. I appreciate a company that is honest and not out to take your money. I will be calling SDC-Sunland Roofing when it is time get a roof replacement. Happy future customer.
Due to loss of job and health issues I decided to sell my home. Sunland Development Corporation roofing division made the process stress free during a difficult time. The house had a contract within 2 weeks during the holidays, but needed to get a roof replacement done before final signng. Even though I will not be able to enjoy the new roof - I appreciate everything Paul and crew did to make the sale of the house happen.
Before leaving for the Midwest this past spring I hired SDC to do my roof. I can't say enough about this company. They exceeded my expectations in all areas. I will be recommending them to my family and friends.
