cole did a great job with the routine maintenance of my heater. he showed up right on time and made sure to put on boot covers, which was thoughtful since the weather was wet outside. cole carefully inspected the heater and did an excellent job cleaning it out, even though it’s tucked away in a tight closet. when he was finished, he explained everything he worked on and let me know the heater is working well. cole is very professional and friendly, and i’d be happy to have him come back next time.
