I'm a current tenant at Sunlake at Edgewater as well as a portfolio manager and maintenance coordinator for another management company. I will have to say I'm extremely impressed with the property managers here and the maintenance team. I know the frustration that comes with the job and this team is very professional. I couldn't ask to live in a better apartment complex. I wanted to give a review to combat some of the other minor complaints that people have submitted who didn't get there exact dream solution.
