I highly recommend Sunlake Apartments. We have lived at Sunlake for 12 years and have had a great experience. The property is beautiful and well maintained. It’s a great place for kids too because the schools in Fishers are amazing.
RecommendedI love living at Sunlake Apartments. It's very convenient and right off Hwy 37 and Interstate 69 and close to 465. It's also across from the YMCA, which is great for families all year round. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, as well as does a fantastic job of communicating news, updates, and other information that is important to their residents.
Sunlake, firstly, is in a WONDERFUL location. Right off of Highway 37 and minutes from 465. I only deal with one stoplight from home to work every morning. Secondly, the apartments are gorgeous. one of the more modern complexes, the floorplans are open and beautiful, very modern living. 3 yrs already. Signed up for year 4. No matter the issue the friendly staff immediately address it and try to fix it. Been a wonderful place to call home.
