I had a miserable experience because of My. She kept telling me my hair was box dyed because it was brown when it should be black. I told her the sun makes my hair lighter, but she didn’t believe me. What kind of lousy hairdresser not know that hair can change through the season and by sunlight. Has she never touched grass before? I bet every time she sees yellow grass she says to herself: “that must be box dyed, that should be green.”

I initially had my hair highlighted here with Kacie. I Went back for toning and because Kacie does not do toning herself, had to do it with Thao. First, she has very long nails so she could not wash my hair properly and also scratched my neck painfully! Second, they charge you if you arrive late to your appointment, but I had to wait half an hour past my appointment time before she gets there!
