I absolutely love my hair color! Even after a few months, it still looks so fresh and beautiful. “Kacie” is incredibly talented, detail-oriented, and truly professional. She really takes the time to listen to what you want, and if something could damage the health of your hair, she’ll be honest about it and explain why. Erika and Kim are great! They listen to what you're looking for and give a great haircut and color. They will check in with you to make sure you're getting exactly what you're looking for and they have a lot of attention to detail
Do not go here. The owner was very unprofessional when they failed to put my appointment on the books, resulting in a waste of time. I flew in from out of state after having made the appointment several months in advance. If I could I’d give negative stars for lack of professionalism and poor customer service.
Do not go here if you expect professionalism, or basic respect as a client unless you want to leave disappointed. I completed an in-depth text consultation before my appointment, including detailed hair history and inspiration photos, and specifically asked which service I should book. Based on that consultation, I was quoted $475-$675. When I got to my appointment with Erika, I showed her a different photo than one of my original inspiration pictures and asked if it was possible. I just wanted to say that I am so impressed with Amy. My understanding is she’s new, but you’d never know it! I have been dying my hair blonde for 7 years (started in New York, then Boston) and she’s right up there with the best of them. She is thoughtful, detail oriented and really cared to get things the way I liked them (and even cared enough to ask about some things that I didn’t even have a preference on!). I highly recommend Amy!
