I had a great experience with Kacie! She accepted me as a new client with my disaster hair and made it out into something absolutely beautiful, it took from 7 am to 2 pm to get it right and she didn’t stop until she was happy with the color. As a background I needed my grey roots covered, and I had grown out wrong color roots done twice before and an old grown out balayage. I also needed a trim. I absolutely love my hair color! Even after a few months, it still looks so fresh and beautiful. “Kacie” is incredibly talented, detail-oriented, and truly professional. She really takes the time to listen to what you want, and if something could damage the health of your hair, she’ll be honest about it and explain why. Erika and Kim are great! They listen to what you're looking for and give a great haircut and color. They will check in with you to make sure you're getting exactly what you're looking for and they have a lot of attention to detail
Do not go here. The owner was very unprofessional when they failed to put my appointment on the books, resulting in a waste of time. I flew in from out of state after having made the appointment several months in advance. If I could I’d give negative stars for lack of professionalism and poor customer service.
