Hi. Craig and his team do know their stuff. I spent many weeks researching everything and had a install of 20kw. Everything was explained to me not once but quite a few times. I made my decisions and there were a few things I wasn't sure about. All these things once again were explained to me in detail. Cannot recommend this company highly enough for honesty, integrity and customer service. After purchasing our first solar system from John and Gloria from Sunjuice Solar for our new home 11years ago we had an inverter issue after 3 years. I called the office and within 72 hours it was replaced. No warranty hoops to jump through. Two days before Christmas in 2024 while I was away with work the PV switch blew on the side of the house.
