Was very patient with all of my questions.
Dr. Siram has poor customer service. She thinks she knows what to do without talking to the patient.
At age 65, and having been around lots of doctors, am quite impressed with Dr Siram as my new Primary Care Physician(PCP) . She is knowledgeable, service oriented, and responds quickly to online requests.
I’ve been going to her for years. She always listens and takes my problems seriously.
Came in with breast pain and she checked for tumors and lymph nodes and ordered a mammogram if the pain didn’t go away in a week. Only bothered to tell me what to do with the pain in the meantime once I asked and didn’t mention a hot compress. Didn’t spend a second considering diagnoses other than cancer and zoomed out at top speed. A few hours later when the pain became unbearable, a doctor on a video app EASILY diagnosed mastitis, got me a prescription and suggested ways to manage the pain in the meantime. I am seething.
Cold, goes down a list on the computer, doesn't listen, always refers to specialist. Don't dare to disagree. She's the boss. 3 wrong diagnoses.
She thinks she knows it all. Not willing to listen or think about other options. Her opinion is written in gold. She is cold and doesn't let you speak. She is excellent at overtalking you. She does not treat holistic she was to refer you out to 10 specialist. I have bee so disappointed with her. I will be seeking a new Pcp. She is worthless. Maybe if she took the time to listen she could accurately diagnose. Having initials behind your name doesn't mean a darn thing!!
I liked Dr. Siram. She was thorough, to the point and sought to figure out my complaints. I don't need warm and fuzzy when I am going in with a specific complaint--I just want in and out and get well!
Dismissive, interrupts, unprepared! Cares little about a patients needs.
