Dr. Pudhota was very patient and allowed me to explain my symptoms before she made any diagnosis. I was in the process of changing to my wife's insurance and she graciously scheduled my procedure immediately, which saved me from paying extra money out of my pocket. The procedure was quick and pain free. She and her staff were awesome!
I highly recommend Dr. Pudhota and staff to anyone. Very Professional. She cares about me and my family.
Dr. Pudhota is very uncommunicative. Her billing practices are abominable. My husband had a procedure in January which she required payment for up front. It is now near the end of March and we still have not seen an itemized bill, despite our attempts to obtain one. After the procedure she spoke to me while my husband was still asleep, giving paltry information. When I asked the nurse for a written determination from the doctor she said Dr. Pudhota does not provide anything written. Angry!
Doesn't take time with patience. Very unsatisfied.
Dr. Pudhota always goes above and beyond for me. She is very kind and caring. She takes time to explain everything thoroughly so that I understand everything. She is a great doctor.
Absolutely love her and her staff. She found my cancer early and has been awesome walking me through the process.
I'm glad I did not read these reviews prior to my visit ( her staff was very efficient getting me in after my primary care Dr referred me). I may have been very skeptical to see her. I agree with the 5 -star reports. Dr Pudhota sat patiently with me and explained next steps as well as answering all my questions. I am relieved to be in her very capable hands.
Dr.Pudhota is a very knowledgeable. She has very attentive to my concerns and very professional.
when i went to my appointment i sat in the waiting room forever and the nurse came out and said she had an emergency at the hospital and she would call me later with the results. when I left Dr. Pudhota was hiding behind a tree on the side of the building. I called the office later that day for the results of my scope and they told me she wasn't there and to hang on and they would look at my chart, then Dr pudhota got on the phone and told me i had a hernia and i would have to deal with it.
