Easily became one of the worst business to work with. They are very communicative before move in, after that you can only speak with them by appointments. Meanwhile no one answers the phone and you cannot leave a voicemail ( how are we suppose to make an appointment) They do not respond to emails or text either. My lease ended and they reduse to return my deposits. At this point they are stealing money.
They are subpar at managing their properties. They are located in the same city and fail to show up for move in and move out walk through. Now they are witholding deposits and trying to charge us for damages we documented at move in as pre-existing. It's been 3 months since I moved out and I have no response from the property manager why they are refusing to return my deposit.
Do your research on this company. My son rented from this company for 2 years, 2022 -2024 and recently bought a new house and did not renew the next year. They were quick to take his deposit from the beginning and have failed to return his deposit at his departure even though he met all requirements through final inspection and was granted to receive his complete deposit. It has been over a month and the only person he is able to get on the phone is the receptionist which can only take a message. He did receive one call back... read more

Value DO NOT RENT FROM SUNISTA REALITY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Be careful when you rent from sunista reality!!! I rented a property for 2 yrs never late on a payment always early. When my lease was up I moved. And to my surprise they are trying to charge me for things that were already damaged when I moved in and the damages were documented on the move in check list with Nelly who showed me the house (which she said she never showed me the house lol who did then) the office informed me that they no longer have that check list. I am extremely disappointed with this company. I've been here a year, and just singed another two years ( because of the school location and the house itself is what we need). When we first got approved for the rental, ( our realtor was Nelly, a Sunista employee) the deposit/move in cost was listed as $1800. Sunista Realty is extremely difficult to get ahold of for maintanence request unless you have an issue that will cause damage to their properties. Staff is unresponsive to phone calls and voicemails, and does the bare minimum required of them. They also charge an extremely high amount for rent for sub par properties. Craftsmanship of the contractors and handy men they use is very poor. Asked them to install ceiling fans in my bedrooms after raising the rent, they denied stating the owners would not pay for it. If I could give half a star....I would! I moved in August 1, 2020. I paid a significant deposit thinking that it would be clean when I moved in. The apartment had not been professionally cleaned as promised. The refrigerator had to be replaced due to an abundance of mold in the freezer section. The oven was dirty, the bathroom vents were clogged with dust and a cabinet in the kitchen is falling apart. Nelly is not thorough in making sure the units are ready for people.
