The ladies that work in the office need a raise For all the work they do You keep good people if you take care of them and these ladies has been here as long as I’ve been coming or Nikki and Holley has been the other lady in the back been there a little while, but I think they need to be taken care of. Always so kind and pleasant and always trying to take care of you so I think they need to be taken care of. If you have any questions you can call me.
I called today for help and I got the rudest person on the phone. My father is elderly and has chemo brain so he was seen in Lake Jackson and charged over a $100 and wanted me to clarify why. So he gave me a couple numbers. I accidentally called Friendswood and ask the lady if she had the number to lake Jackson. which she did provide but not before she told her coworker that she doesn’t see how this was their problem. If I could give negative stars I would. The ladies up front are very nice and professional however Nikki was extremely rude and had zero professionalism.
Dr Thomas is the best in relieving pain while helping discover the root cause of it. He’s nice, he listens, and he’s kind - the entire staff is the same way.
