This office at first refused to discuss any billing matter or concern. To me, it is unacceptable to insist that all billing matters for services rendered be handled only through an online phone agent. A follow-up call by the office manager corrected my initial experience when one of their office receptionists tried to divorce this particular medical-provider office from any-and-all matters or concerns of medical billing.
