Called and as asked if I am a current customer, advised no, and that I have a leak from my ceiling and if anyone can come out to take a look... Advised they are not taking 'minor' jobs, or new customers, apologized and that was it .... Minor job... i have a leak in my house from my roof, so what is major, when the roof caves in on itself?
