Both the North and South facilities are beautiful, but from what I understand, they have a big turn around with the caregivers which makes it hard for the residents to have a personal relationship with their help. There is issues with the cook and the food according to my family member and although she likes the facility, she wants to look around for a more stable care team and a more stable environment. Absolutely beautiful home. Very open, well decorated, friendly staff. Can't be happier that dad is there. The best in town for sure.
Grandma went to live at SunHaven a few months ago and just loves the place. It really is a professionally run "home" with everything very clean and orderly. Private rooms and private bath is great. Highly recommended by a friend and I have to agree. We checked out the other places but this really is the best place in town.
