Stay far away from Sunglo. This company turned what should have been a repair job into a years-long nightmare. They caused over $50,000 in damage, built the subfloors incorrectly throughout the house, damaged our regular flooring, trim, cabinet doors, and even some siding. We had to keep dealing with them coming back again and again to “fix” things they had already messed up, only to create more problems each time. I have not yet used SunGlo’s services, but I did have them out last week for an estimate. Their pricing came in slightly higher than another company we ultimately selected, and our decision was based solely on cost. That said, their estimate was significantly lower than a third company we considered, and they appeared far more qualified. My experience with Sunglo exceeded my expectations. The team does quality work & everyone is very knowledgeable. Oscar McBain Project Superintendent always kept us in the loop during the process. Pat Nolan was tremendously helpful navigating the insurance company after of months of back & forth with the insurance company on our own. I would highly recommend them!!!
On the 630th day after moving back into the house the insurance company hired a new restoration company to finish the hack work I was provided with from SunGlo. We've been in our home for 14 months and the punch list is still not finished. "Punch lists don't get done, because people don't make money" this is what I was told by the superintendent. We had a dishwasher leak for sometime before it was detected. It damaged our hardwood floors, cabinets, and the carpet in the adjoining room. Our insurance company connected us with SunGlo who handled all the mitigation and repairs. They did a wonderful job! The new floors and carpet look great!
