We've been in our home for 14 months and the punch list is still not finished. "Punch lists don't get done, because people don't make money" this is what k was told by the superintendent. I've literally begged them to finish, still not complete. I took my first review down whe the owner asked out of good faith, but we make meeting and make time for them to cancel on me. Losing everything I own was horrible, but working with SunGlo has been more painful.
Everything went very smoothly! It was an absolute pleasure working with the project manager, Dave.
Sadly I have experienced sewer backup in my condo unit along with two other units in my building (total of 3 units in our building). Sunglo arrived prepared, professional, compassionate and understanding on how upsetting this was as it destroyed my finished basement familyroom and office. Everyone I have encountered at Sunglo were incredible from the scheduler, Kelly, to the crews that came out.
