We had a dishwasher leak for sometime before it was detected. It damaged our hardwood floors, cabinets, and the carpet in the adjoining room. Our insurance company connected us with SunGlo who handled all the mitigation and repairs. They did a wonderful job! The new floors and carpet look great! SunGlo helped to rebuild a condo after water damage. They were very helpful in organizing all that needed to be done and connected me with the needed professionals--cabinets, flooring, etc. All workers were considerate of the condo and cleaned up after each day of work. Communication was good and responsive. I was overwhelmed to even begin the rebuild, but SunGlo made it easy.
We've been in our home for 14 months and the punch list is still not finished. "Punch lists don't get done, because people don't make money" this is what k was told by the superintendent. I've literally begged them to finish, still not complete. I took my first review down whe the owner asked out of good faith, but we make meeting and make time for them to cancel on me.
