I bought a pair of Maui Jim sunglasses on vacation at Sunglass Hut because I forgot mine. I wasn't sure about the pair I got but they had a limited selection and I was told I could return for refund or exchange within 30 days at any other location. I was really not happy with the ones I bought and went to take them back to exchange them at the Macys Boynton Beach Mall location when I got home and they would not take them back. Sophie was awesome on the phone
I absolutely love this place. The customer service is amazing. The manager Sophia Nieves is awesome and super friendly, she made sure I found the perfect pair as well as making me feel extremely welcomed. Definitely will be returning to this location. The worker Destiny is also amazing. Absolutely loved her. She made sure to greet me right away. These two employees made me feel welcomed.
I'm giving them one star because I have to. The Manager Sophie Nieves was extremely rude and unhelpful! I will not be buying sunglasses from Sunglass Hut ever again!
