Aayan was incredibly helpful, clearly very knowledgeable. Every question I asked he knew the answer. He was also very patient with me while I tried on multiple pairs.
I was deeply concerned by the conduct of a staff member on 4/6/2026. Their comments and behavior came across as racist and discriminatory, creating a hostile and uncomfortable environment. This was completely unacceptable, and I expect the business to address such behavior seriously to ensure all customers are treated with dignity and respect.
I am disappointed with the service provided by the staff who worked on 4/6/2026. The team appeared unorganized, communication was poor, and customer concerns were not handled professionally. There was a lack of attention to detail, which resulted in an unsatisfactory experience. I expected a much higher standard of service and hope management addresses these issues to prevent similar problems in the future.
I ordered online. I call the shop for details. The lady on the phone was rude, she puts me on hold for 2 times while I was speaking to her. First & last time I am buying from here. It’s shows in store available. After order it’s 3 hours & more I didn’t heard back. I called & lady was rude.
Tajuana and Elyse made our visit 1000 times better at Sunglass Hut. They were incredibly sweet, helpful, and made the whole shopping experience so enjoyable. If I can I will give 10 starsss🫶🫶
