I bought a sunglass with Aayan. He is very jolly person and gives you a honest suggestion. He gives you enough time to decide and goes above and beyond. Felt like my own friend making a suggestion. Gave me a nice discount while the same store did not gave a discount. So its obvious to make a deal with him.
It was my first visit to this store. Ayaan helped me to find the correct one that suits me..he helped me with all the questions that has been raised through. After I purchased, I left the store and came back with some other doubt. Then fortunatley, the short girl with the name "Elyse" is so rude and she doesnt know how to deal with customers. seems like she has no knowledge, no patience, no helping skills , no servicing nature, highly unacceptable. A huge thank you to Bibi and Kulsum for their amazing customer service! My sister and I took a long time choosing our sunglasses, and they were incredibly patient, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. They never rushed us and made sure we found the perfect pairs. Their friendly attitude and excellent service made our shopping experience so enjoyable.
