I brought in my ray bans to the lower level store in the mall that I had purchased years ago that needed the frames to be fixed. I was “helped” by an 18 year old kid with a Russian accent. He filmed me with his Meta Ray-ban glasses WITHOUT my consent. After man handing my glasses, he tried to send me away with the frames EXTREMELY crooked when I closed them, and they also sat crooked on my face. This is a BIG shout out to Kali at the Sunglass Hut in Woodland Hills Mall. Hands down the best customer service we've ever had at that store. We've had good service in there before in terms of friendliness, but never the kind that offers suggestions. She asked questions to understand what I liked about my old glasses and based on that, made recommendations and then helped us narrow them down.
