I love SunFresh Jams & Jellys!!! They are the closest to taste as the fresh berry itself. I have had the same problem with thawed out product from the "fantastic" Fed Express. In my case, living in Billings, Mt. the freight costs more than the product does. Sun Fresh needs to find a more reliable carrier to deliver their product. If your product does'nt arrive frozen,refreeze it but do not STIR it. It comes out just like a fresh batch of product!!!???
Just this morning discovered your Strawberry freezer jam at Joshua's restaurant in Port Angeles. So delicious - fresh smelling and fresh tasting - just like fresh strawberries. I LOVE it! I'm looking forward to having more soon.
I love the jams.. Very disappointed on jams delivered to Denver. They were not frozen or even in a cold pack. temperature of jam was 83degrees. Not sure if it is safe to eat. Tried calling left messages, no replies yet. Email address comes back undeliverable. Waiting to try to reach someone on Monday.
