I’m extremely disappointed with the arrangement I received from this florist. The quality of both the service and the flowers fell far below expectations. What I received looked nothing like what my friend ordered for my birthday and for the amount of money she paid, it was unacceptable. Frankly, I don’t believe this flower shop deserves even one star for this experience. Please see the picture that I got and what the arrangement was supposed to be looking like. They robbed, please be aware!
What a disappointment! My son ordered flowers for my birthday. They came looking old and the order wasn't even the correct size. He ordered the Premium and I received the Regular(twice the price). The next day the flowers were already browning and wilting. The greeting card was a half of piece of paper folded up with advertising and no Care Instructions. Do better! These are moments to remember and you disappointed.
Unfortunately I got a bouquet from this company for mothers day all flowers were dead and the water stinks. But I feel even worse for the price my friend had to pay for it.
i received a Mother's Day bouquet from SunFlower. The water in the vase was green with algae and pieces of leaves were floating in it. So I took the bouquet out and put in clean water, Next, I noticed the petals on the daisies were spiked and the center yellow parts were brown meaning they were old.
