My daughter ordered me flowers for my birthday 12/28. They were delivered on 12/27 and were all dead by 12/29. I wish I had taken a picture. The arrangement was terrible. I would have given them no stars if I could.
Our daughter ordered a Xmas arrangement and we received it yesterday. First of all it was delivered last evening around 9:15 pm!!! Who sends delivery people out at this time??? And it had Not one touch of Holiday look! Plain clear vase. String around the vase. All white flowers; at least the flowers were alive but not a Holiday arrangement. She told me she paid $85 ! That’s awful. At the most give some thought next time you take orders for customers. She should be refunded in Full.

They are amazing! Also very affordable.They helped me out so much making and delivering a beautiful bouquet for my fiance while she was visiting Orlando for a conference. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable. Thank you so much for everything!!
I’m extremely disappointed with the arrangement I received through Teleflora and the florist they selected. The quality of both the service and the flowers fell far below expectations. What I received looked nothing like what I ordered, and for the amount of money I paid, it was unacceptable. Frankly, I don’t believe this flower shop deserves even one star for this experience. Please see the picture that I got and what the arrangement was supposed to be looking like.
