They consistently go back on their word and they can never keep a story straight. They say they're going to waive a fee and then charge you anyway. The front office is a mess, I'm pretty sure they outsource their calls which is why it's so frustrating.

These folks are highly unethical and bizarre. They incorrectly charged me back to back, and when I called them out for it, they dropped me as a client. Except they never told me that they dropped me as a client... they simply stopped taking my calls and stopped scheduling my appointments. I called using a friend's number after weeks of trying them on my own number, and they picked up immediately. Lovely office- great front staff and caring providers. My experience was easy and everyone was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend!!

I was very disappointed with my experience. The cost was muchhh higher than I expected, and I felt like I was misled about what to expect before the appointment. I left feeling frustrated and like I didn’t receive transparency. There is a lot better psychiatrist trust me.
