I love my nails! The staff is so nice and understanding. I gave them a picture, and my nails turned out exactly the same.
The lady Helen displays unprofessional behavior and is often discourteous toward customers. The quality of the service is also concerning, as the nails tend to peel off quickly. Additionally, Helen has a tendency to raise her voice, dismiss customer concerns, and prioritize proving herself right rather than addressing issues respectfully.
I wish there was an option to give 0 stars or negative. I went to this location twice, and both times I had a very bad experience. I’m extremely disappointed with the service. It felt like they prioritize customers who are paying higher tips or getting major services like manicures or pedicures along with nail services. Other customers do not receive the same level of attention or care. Also, they don’t properly clean or trim cuticles unless you book a full manicure.
