Tom spent most of his time trying to insist on doing what he wanted rather than what I asked for. In the end he cut an irrigation line and then lied about fixing it. I now have to spend a lot of extra money to fix the problem since my landscaping is dying as a result. Also, the concrete patio section that he and his team installed was not sealed and now stains readily. I will have to spend additional funds to clean and seal the patio. I would not recommend using his services.
