Dr. Soo saw me urgently and saved my teeth when I had an accident. Twenty years later they are still doing well. He is a master of his craft and also a wonderful person. Thank you Dr. Soo for taking care of me and my family!
I’ve been coming here for years, and highly recommend their dental cleaning services. The concierge is very friendly, and all the hygienists do an excellent job and are very thorough. Kay in particular is my favourite hygienist among the team as she is very thorough, friendly, funny, provides helpful advice and allows you to ask questions, so I recommend Kay (or Fulvia).
Doctor Li Keith is very professional and patient. He explains to me in detail why he suggests me do / not do filling. He makes suggestions for my own good.
The hygienist lady was rude. She rolled her eyes when I told her I don’t remember my last X-ray. I was told to wait OUTSIDE for the doctor and later the receptionist told me the doctor is busy and let me leave. NO TRANSPARENCY AND RUDE.
