Sunflower Dentistry provides outstanding service! The entire team is friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. The hygienist made sure I am comfortable during my appointments and answer all of my questions patiently. The level of care and attention to detail is truly impressive. Highly recommend!
Booked for scaling and a simple checkup. Without my knowledge or consent, the clinic performed and billed extra items which ended up over 2-3 time the market price. No procedures were explained, no price list was provided, or even mentioned. My written complaint has received no substantive response.
Unprofessional experience and a complete lack of transparency. I went in for a routine teeth cleaning and a basic check-up, but the experience was entirely unacceptable. Before doing a comprehensive examination, the dentist didn't even bother to introduce themselves. They then performed an advanced oral exam and X-rays that I never requested, resulting in an unexpected total charge of over $500 CAD without my consent. Terrible customer service and a complete lack of transparency on pricing. The receptionist is rude, impatient, and unprofessional. A clinic shouldn't lose patients over hidden costs and a hostile front desk. 前台態度輕浮，講嘢唔耐煩。收費項目無解釋，唔透明。
