LONG TIME CUSTOMER HERE BUT NOT FOR MUCH LONGER!!! I HAVE CALED PROBABLY 50 TIMES IN THE PAST TO GET HELP WHEN I HAVE ENTERED THE PASSWORD WRONG OR MY CARD WAS SUSPECTED FRAUD, HONESTLY ANYTHING AND I HAVE ALWAYS HAD BEND OVER TO HELP CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE CALLED AND THE LADY WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS RUDE WOULD NOT HELP ME WOULD NOT EVEN BOTHER TO LOOK UP MY ACCOUNT. SHE WAS SO RUDE AND HUNG UP ON ME!!!! DONE BEYOND DONE WITH MY BANKING HERE AND STILL CAN'T USE MY DEBIT CARD AND I DON'T KNOW WHY.
This was the absolute WORST customer service I’ve ever had with this branch. I’m absolutely disappointed with how rude and unprofessional the woman helping us was. One, she never gave us her name, but she was the ginger lady in the office. She told us that she was surprised we even had account with them because “this is our most dead branch,” like okay? Everyone at the bank is very kind and extremly helpful. Its always a delight going to my bank. I feel they have myself and my moneys best intrest at heart. I would recommend them for sure.
