This is the worst most inept bank that disregards its customers. Waited 45 minutes to deposit a check. Only two people in the bank at closing and had 4 people waiting on one employee to reset her password. Unbelievable.
Went here to cash a check. Do not have an acct. Charged me 8, for non customer. Not a single person in the bank. Took about 20 min, needed 2 forms of ID. Wrote my debit card info down on the back of the check with my ID, called to make sure the check was good. I understand all that, I felt like a criminal even though I did nothing wrong. The gal that helped me was very nice but the desk I was sitting at gave me a full on view of the man in the middle desk with his finger up his nose. Literally the entire time. The fact the bank is only open 9-4 when most people work 9-5 makes it very difficult. I've tried to find a time for the past month that is convient and it's just isn't because they're not built to help satisfy customers.
