Recommendedprices are cheap and security is tight
It used to be a community when I moved in 7 years ago, but now, not so much. If you work nights, this is NOT the place to live. This is definitely my last lease here.
Waiting to see if the new management really does what they keep promising...to get things cleaned up. I don't feel safe here with the drug and homeless activity. The chain link fence has been cut more than once so people can get through from the alley or escape quickly to the alley; I've had property stolen; observed used condoms on the walkway by my unit and the Tucson police are here frequently.
Well can't say much about sunflower apts.Don't live there But I do live right next door can't really say alot about these.
