We got swayed by Mike’s great performance on telling us why we should choose HIS company. He was going to send us his BEST crew, was going to use the BEST materials, and their customer service was supposed to be out of this world. WRONG. Sent us ONE guy, who had only worked for the company for a couple weeks, took him FOUR days to get the job done, had to use OUR ladder, left his tools in our garage after job was done and had to phone him days later to tell him get them outta here!!
