Dr Challagundla did a complete evaluation, searching for an obscure protein that could be underlining cause of my condition. She explained everything for me as she reviewed my labs.
My visit is never very long as I am in remission and healthy. She always makes sure I am up to date on meds and any tests that I need to have done are scheduled.
My husband has to have a care giver so my time away is limited. I have to have a driver, they are left in the parking lot. When I have to take a number and wait over an hour past my appt. time it is not conducive to continuation of care. Seating is also a problem.
The doctor was very professional, answers all my questions and reviewed my lab results with me.
Besides being a great doctor she’s a great person help me through the worst time of my life. Great listener and cares about you.
Dr. Challa has done an excellent job informing, advising, and directing care moving forward in what could be a serious health issue. Both in person and via telemedicine conference, she has answered questions which are critical for continuing care and mental attitude on how to fight.
All staff members are awesome. They are respectful, professional & kind.

Dr chala and all the oncology staff are knowledgeable and very nice! Has been a great expierence at each visit. Especially my bone marrow biopsy, the np and ma performing my biopsy made it so much for easier with the explanation and process of the biopsy!
