Management takes all of your security deposit. Nothing matters to them. You pay rent on time. Clean and vacate the apartment in good condition. Nothing matters. They dont return a penny from your deposit. I have stayed in several apartments. This is the first time I am facing this type of issue. I have been here for a year and I can honestly say this is the best and safest complex I’ve ever stayed at. As a single woman who lives alone I’ve never had any concerns here when it comes to safety. Kelsey (landlord) is great, she works with you and actually cares about the tenants plus she makes the move in/move out process so easy. I've had a great experience living here! The apartment is well-maintained and feels like home. Kelsey, the landlord, is incredibly attentive and easy to reach. she genuinely cares about the tenants and makes sure everything runs smoothly. The maintenance guy is also fantastic and quick to respond and always helpful with any issues that come up. It's rare to find such a responsive and reliable team. Highly recommend this place! Also here are photos of a unit as I know they don’t have many on the website.

Unfortunately I must misqualify the management of the administrators. I have approximately 3 months that my contract expired. and they still do not deliver my money from the deposit. I think it is disrespectful. Since we were my wife and I were very responsible in the payments. And we simply expect the same thing. After I hand over the keys because I end my contract they make me wait 45 days to supposedly return my deposit. 2 months passed and my wife and I went to ask why my check did not arrive.
