Unfortunately I must misqualify the management of the administrators. I have approximately 3 months that my contract expired. and they still do not deliver my money from the deposit. I think it is disrespectful. Since we were my wife and I were very responsible in the payments. And we simply expect the same thing. Currently a resident here, The unit in the photos is what we thought we were getting but got something completely different, I’ve seen several roaches here almost daily. Just recently moved in as-well, landlord rarely answers phone, text, email or even is present inside the office. The apartments are nice for 1-2 people without washer, dryer or dishwasher. This is really a great apartment complex. It is small, quiet, and safe! Very SAFE! Kelsey is an amazing manager, and Royce is also a great manteinence guy! do not be afraid to go to Kelsey or Royce for anything! Even if you just want to chat with them! I really enjoyed the pool, the laundry room is good. This is an older complex so the walls are thin, but the neighbors have been nice and quiet, of course if they are being loud just knock on the door or tell Kelsey. I’ve lived here for over a year so far and it’s been amazing. The main thing I look for when searching for an apartment is how well the property management responds to calls/repair requests; since Kelsey took over as PM, it’s been nothing but easy communication and things get fixed if I need something done, thanks to Kelsey and Royce! The complex is quiet and safe. I’m sincerely happy I found this place.
Kelsey is a nice genuine person if you need anything she will make sure it’s taking care of most all she has a nice personality
