Brought my wife and Parents (88&90 yrs old) and loved it! From the valet parking attendant (retrieved wheelchair for my father) to the servers at the restaurant, everything 5 star! See you in September when renovations are completed for a weekend with your famous Sunday Brunch! Thanks Chauncey (rest manager) and Melanie ( our waitress) and the entire hotel staff.
We book Christmas Brunch every year and specifically asked when was the first time to gain a reservation. Called on that Saturday morning at 0700 as instructed and no answer. So we left a message. Called back several times until we got a person only to be told it was sold out. Very disappointed. This is not the service or customer service I expect from the Jefferson Hotel.
I'm terribly disappointed in the Jefferson Hotel not carrying the Washington Nationals Baseball Team Games. They carry the Detroit Tigers games for some reason. I expect more from a hotel of the Jefferson's caliber.
I enjoyed my stay, staff was friendly, but i think its haunted lol
Wonderful sight especially during the Holidays. Sunday brunch is the best!
