Dr Munagala always listens to me and answers questions I have. He’s a very great doctor!
I Wasn't sure what to expect, first visit I met with a gal first and went over my history then spoke with Dr. Munagala. I was not sure how I felt, but then my next appointment was just Dr. Munagala. It's nice being heard for once, and with my first 2 visits I had more progress than I ever had in my life. I also like that the clinic calls out to me to schedule my next appointment, and that I am able to do video visits with my hectic schedule.
Overall not very pleased with this provider. I was warned ahead of time, but he was the one with the soonest opening. Very hard to get refills due to technical issues that have occurred with multiple pharmacies, and no one tries to fix the issue.
Moonglo IS NOT on the ball to refill scripts, I'm out when I need it!!!
