Awesome, peaceful place to enjoy my personal time. Love it.
I've lived here for 14 months now (since 2015) and just signed a new lease for another year. Great location, walking distance to a lot of restaurants/gym/grocery store etc. Street parking can be difficult around here but there is an option to pay (50$/month) for an additional parking space (2 included with a 3 bed apartment), which we do. Amenities are basic but well maintained, pool is always clean and new furniture was added Summer 2016.
