Absolute joke. 3 years and 2 months, pump dies, brittle lights snap off, increasing leak that requires filling the tub back up twice a week. And wouldn’t you know it only had a 3 year warranty. Funny how that happens. Wellness spa says it isn’t covered, but to my eyes that wood has taken a lot more than 2 or 3 months damage. Lot of big talk about how great of a tub it is, but now I’m out 10k and have a tub that is rotting. Let’s see how the team at wellness spa wants to handle a pretty serious product issue. Horrible customer service and company does not stand behind their products. If you are looking to purchase a hot tub/spa, I’d suggest to look elsewhere
purchased 110v Soul hot tub June 2021 for October delivery. finally delivered wrong hot tub (Jacuzzi Mood) in march 2022 and I had to refuse delivery. It's indescribable the level of incompetence I've encountered during this whole process. The cherry on top is that my ordered model is in the store right now on display and I couldn't have that one. We were offered an inferior model Sundance c78L. its April 2022 now and still no hot tub. Getting refund of my deposit. Let's see how long that takes.
We bought a spa from Hayley Fillier-Klepp at Sundance Spas Kitchener Waterloo and we could not be happier with the time she spent with us to answer all of our questions. We had a great experience from looking at various products, the “wet” test, purchasing, set up, delivery and follow up with “spa school”.
