RecommendedHighly recommend Carefree Spas! Greg sent me pictures and prices at home during this crazy time and we had our spa within a week! TJ and his service guys were amazing and could not have been nicer or more helpful! Will use Carefree for years to come, and will recommend them to all our friends!
Bought a new Hot Springs Rhythm spa and very happy with it. Use it at least twice/day. First one had a small leak in it and they replaced the entire hot tub and gave me $100 in chemicals for free. Very pleased with the spa and grateful I didn't buy one elsewhere.
I had my Hot Springs Carefree Sumatran Spa serviced today. My service tech, Ted, was so wonderful. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. My spa ended up needing 2 small parts. I had another company that I had used for years tell me a different story and wanted to charge me a lot more. I couldn't be happier that our spa is up and running. They have made a customer for life out of me.

I went into Carefree Spas after shopping a competitor. I met with the owner and I told him that I had a $4,000 budget and asked him if he could help me. He explained to me what I would get for my money if I were to buy a new spa for only $4,000.(Buyer beware, you get what you pay for). He then asked me if I would be interested in a reconditioned spa.
