I was a Human Resources director for years. Among many things, I learned to identify high-performance from others. The team Sundance in Omaha is absolutely spectacular! If I was working, still, I would do everything I could to steal them from your company
Amazing management and maintenance staff! Austin, the head of the maintenance team, is always incredibly friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. When I had an issue with my AC, he responded to my call within minutes and even came out after hours to fix it. In the two years I’ve lived here, I’ve had a great experience and have always felt well taken care of. It is evident that Sundance Omaha highly values their residents. I would 100% recommend living here!
We’ve been here almost a year and absolutely love it here! The office staff is great but we want to give a big shout out to Austin and Cash!! They are always very prompt and professional on any maintenance request. They never make us feel like we are an inconvenience. Sundance is very fortunate to have these two representing their company!
We have really enjoyed our time at Sundance! If I could give 6 stars, I would!
The whole staff made you feel very welcomed. The energy in the building was vibrant and make you feel like your walking into a five star resort. The apartments were also very impressive. Very spacious floor plans!
