Do not recommended renting an apartment with Sundance. They will charge you when you move out for things they claim they had to do but didnt have to do or need done. They also charged me for OPPD shut off “early” but I have receipts of when it shut off which was the 30th of September the last day of my rent. They are slow to respond to issues and if you have a noice complaint they will not take care of it. I love living here! The apartments are beautiful, modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Every staff member I’ve interacted with has been friendly and helpful. From the initial tour to the move-in process and ongoing maintenance requests, everything has been smooth and stress-free. The team is always timely, kind, and genuinely seems to care about the residents. It’s clear they take pride in the community and work hard to make sure everyone feels welcome and supported. I’m really happy to call this place home.
