I have lived in multiple apartments across different cities, and my year at Sundance was by far the most disappointing experience I’ve had. Throughout my stay, I encountered numerous issues that I reported promptly, yet communication with the office was consistently poor. We have been vendor partners with Sundance Omaha from the ground up. It is a beautiful property, units are impeccable, have individual entrances and the location can get you anywhere in Omaha in under 30 minutes. Christine, Christopher and Valentina in the office are great to work with, quick to respond and always friendly. Highly recommend Sundance!
Maintenance man Austin is AMAZING! My AC quit cooling and he came to the rescue. He returned my call 2 minutes after leaving a voicemail and was here at my apartment within 45 minutes!
Love living at Sundance! The office staff is wonderful to work with, they are there to make sure each resident has a great experience with Sundance. Maintenance is top notch! Would definitely recommend Sundance.
