After almost 2.5 years of living there and advanced move out notice, received $1865 move out charges, totally unjustified and made up, despite paying $350 in advance for management advised molly maid cleaning service. a carpet charge of more than $1000, which was only in bedrooms, and we hardly used the carpet.
Valentina and Chris were fantastic to work with and the facilites are amazing.

Do not recommended renting an apartment with Sundance. They will charge you when you move out for things they claim they had to do but didnt have to do or need done. They also charged me for OPPD shut off “early” but I have receipts of when it shut off which was the 30th of September the last day of my rent. They are slow to respond to issues and if you have a noice complaint they will not take care of it.
