Great facilities and people!
Despite having a “poo print” policy in place, there is dog waste all over the grass areas. It’s very clear the policy is not enforced, as there are multiple bags of dog waste left outside doors almost every day. The grounds are unsanitary and unpleasant to walk through. The walls are extremely thin — I can hear my neighbor’s TV clearly until 4:00 a.m., which makes it very difficult to sleep. Noise concerns do not seem to be taken seriously. I had the opportunity to have my wedding shower at Sundance Omaha. I don’t live there, I have family there, and I want to highlight that the clubhouse facilities were amazing. The decor style is cozy and beautiful. It made it so easy to decorate to our theme without clashing. There was lots of space for all the guest and even an area they could go outside.
