I love living at Sundance Omaha! The staff are so friendly and helpful and this neighborhood is very safe. They are dog friendly which is great for me and my pup! They often host events for both the human and the dog residents, and just overall a great place to live!
Austin and Darnell are a couple of the best maintenance guys that I have worked with in Omaha. Great relationships with their tenants and always working to keep their property looking great!
Have had a great experience at Sundance. The maintenance team Austin and Daniel are always friendly. They have a great response time to the maintenance request that are put in and complete them efficiently. I never hesitate to ask them a question. Also have been really enjoying the clubhouse and its amenities!! It is a very welcoming environment and I feel right at home

Hands down the best place to live. The people who live here are nice, the leasing office people are amazing. It’s always clean!! Nothing makes me want to pay my rent more than seeing the maintenance guys on their daily pick up of trash and just overall keeping this place beautiful!! 🤍
