RecommendedGreat service experience at Sundance! We were looking for a flatbed trailer and they helped us find something to fit all of our needs and in our price range. Do Not take your boat to Sundance Marine. Absolute horrible service and communication with service staff. For 3 weeks in a row I was told my boat would be in the shop and every week I got an excuse why it wasn’t. Only 1 tech who work on wakeboard boats????? maybe you should hire more people to meet the demands so you don’t have to lie to customers or fail to communicate. And Darby was so incredibly helpful with helping us set up the essentials for our new boat. And Mike made it happen on the finance side. service sucked we bought a trailer and two days later they call and say they can't get all the parts here is your money back!
