Do Not take your boat to Sundance Marine. Absolute horrible service and communication with service staff. For 3 weeks in a row I was told my boat would be in the shop and every week I got an excuse why it wasn’t. Only 1 tech who work on wakeboard boats????? maybe you should hire more people to meet the demands so you don’t have to lie to customers or fail to communicate. We had a great experience with this company!! We were so impressed with the service and professionalism. Scott and John were the absolute best!! And Darby was so incredibly helpful with helping us set up the essentials for our new boat. And Mike made it happen on the finance side. We have been completely satisfied with everything from this dealership 👍🏻
service sucked we bought a trailer and two days later they call and say they can't get all the parts here is your money back!
