Terrible builder, cheats a lot. Don’t buy their project.
As Ashley stated above, I too had an incredibly bad experience at Olde Thornhill Village. After 3 years, my suite flooded 4 times due to heavy rains and it cost me a fortune to replace the tiles. I was eventually able to collect from Tarion but it took months to get my money. The electrical panel had to be replaced too because one fuse use to blow all the time. Terrible builder. stay away from buying homes from this builder. They hire the lowest bidders to build their homes and the cheapest trades. I bought a home in their Whitby community had nothing but issues after move in. The after sales support is also the worst. So many deficiencies. They never fix anything properly a;way try to blame the home owner for causing the problem.
