DIRECTV loves being a tenant of Sundance! They are timely for any questions or concerns & their building is well kept. They are very easy to work with for accommodations- we highly recommend!
I have been a tenant For seven years. Things started out well, but they have slowly deteriorated to poor service, lots of nickel and diming and even worse communication. I would beware before signing a lease with this organization. We are looking for other space.
I have worked for several companies that rent properties from Sundance. I can tell you that they are very good about sending ruthless and demanding emails about parking spots and things that you have to do as a tenant at their locations. They're more than happy to tell you when your people are parking in the wrong spots by threatening to tow them before even asking any questions about available spots or piles of snow making it completely unavailable for us to use our current parking spots... they're more than happy to tell y... read more
