We purchased a Sundance spa from a dealer. Now we have a warranty related issue and when attempted to call dealer had suddenly went out of business. I contacted Sundance directly and they referred me to an outside source for warranty work. I called this outside service and was informed our spa did not show any warranty. I called back to Sundance and was told they were working on my concerns and would return my call within 48 hours. Well that time has come and no return call.
