Not impressed. Drove over 100 miles to look at the vehicle and they didn’t even have it at the lot. Sales people were joking about charging customer extra fees while I was sitting in the office. I would not buy from this organization

Andrew has been a big help taking my information. Answered my questions well anytime I reach out to him. And has seem to be on top of doing the right job. Tho car is been exactily the right car, white, sunroof, hatchback and all the other bells and whistle. This would be a Very nice car that I have been looking for.
And I just drove 2 1/2 hours to look at zero cars which two they said were there stayed there for a half hour and they couldn’t even find them one car was being sold. The second car was let out to be a loaner after I specifically told them that I was driving 2 1/2 hours to look at this vehicle. They still chose to let me come up there for no reason. Horrible experience. The kid had no idea what was going on and I was told the two cars where their. I’m a pretty simple person and respectful and this was a very bad experience.
Dealer was prompt and responsive and willing to help but told me the vehicle I was looking at was going to auction. Not a problem except for it is still listed for sale on this site over a week later
