This was the best car experience I have ever had. A polite, easy going, helpful chat. Amazing! I called back on a Ford Escape and got the rudest, most disrespectful person. Refused to tell me if the car was available unless his demands for my full name and phone number were provided. Then he never called back! I received a text the following day from a different person; apologies for not getting back with me but just so busy. No worries. My business is no longer their concern. I had talk on the the phone with alex same day that i was interested buying the ford taurus that they had so make it short he told me the car is still available to come down so i drove about 1 hour and 15 min and went down to buy the car when i got there i was told they sold the car and then they said we have other ford taurus price from $20, 000 to $30,000 i felt i was scam they kept pushing and pushing and pushing to buy a high expensive car when all i wanted the $6,000 ford taurus i came for i was disrespected and not hap... read more
