Bad experience we went there because of the cheaper cars on their website only to find out they dont keep them but still advertise them on their website. Drove almost 2 hours to just be disappointed ?? False advertising for sure!!!
Sundance Chevrolet in ***********,** is a rip off and scammers..they don't back thier vehichles up..bought a 2019 ***** **** and noticed a burnt in half seatbelt in the rear which was tucked under the saet..didn't notice it till after sale.they told me to take it to thier body shop for repair..after 3 visits to body shop,I was told don't call the,they would call me..never heard from them again..found out later that rear airbag sensor had caught fire..they cobbled up the wiring and just covered it up instead of repair properl... read more
Messy..... I should've stuck with my gut not to purchase after an hour of being there, but after an hour drive from home to look at and purchase a vehicle that was prearranged and on hold with a deposit I was invested and had stopped looking at others. I guess my first clue should've been having to go through 2 salesman because not only did the 1st one blow me off the day before I was set to pick it up and sign paperwork he LIED and had not even begun our paperwork!! To Whom It may concern: In regards to Ms. ****** complaint, I called her back to discuss what happened with the car. She had bought the car approximately 6 weeks prior to the incident. The car had 122,000 miles on it. When we sell our pre-owned vehicles, the come with a 15% discount on repairs for 30 days or 3,000 mile powertrain warranty, whichever comes first. This place is a scam. They lie to you and tell you false information. One of the most unprofessional places I've had to deal with. Very rude and totally shady. They never return calls and will tell you something is available when they know it's not hoping you will come up and buy something else. Worst place I ever been

I purchased a 2018 Ford Expedition on 9/23/20. I live in WI and Sundance is located in MI. I did the deal with Shane all over the phone over a weeks time. Before the truck arrived I asked my salesperson to go over the interior and exterior of this vehicle with a fine tooth and comb and let me know of any dings, dents and scuffs. Worst car buying experience I have ever had. They never inspected the used car I bought, they never detailed it, and 3 days after purchase it already had something wrong with it. Then after calling the finance company to get a payoff amount, I find out they lied about the odometer reading. They have listed on the finance contract almost 10 thousand miles less than what they have listed on the title. I will never buy a new or used vehicle from this place again.
