Be prepared to spent $500 plus dollars on unregulated trash, sewage and, utility bills Monthly! When You go into the office to ask about the why the outrageous cost , They say its because of a third party Biller. They never mention these cost when You sign the lease. You are not given you own meters So You are literally paying for the entire Unit monthly. Do not move here!!! My first Utility bill for Oct was 250, Nov 325, . Ad now in Dec a whopping 520 dollars!
