This provider needs a great deal of improvement with their approach to scheduling. At the beginning of the week,we rarely had a clear idea of what day therapists would come to the house or if they would come at all. Times would be agreed upon either the night before or day of appt. One week when we had an appointment late in the day, one of the therapists called to cancel because she had an earlier cancelation and I assume she just wanted to go home rather than have a couple of hours of free time before our scheduled appoint... read more
Not much care. Problems with appts. In and out in 15 or 20 minutes P.T. was good, but not O.T.
Worstst home health care provider. Nurse ignored that wife was dehydrated, malnourished and blood pressure was dangerously low (below 80 / 45). Sad that she had to get hurt to get help. If possible I would rate negative number.
