Johanna Vargas, is the new manager at Suncrest Commercial. She has been one of the best property managers I've ever had. Johanna never showed up for a scheduled tour. Wondering if this is even a legit company or something fraudulent since the listing photos don’t even resemble the actual property for rent. Stay far away from these goons.
Johanna never showed up for a scheduled tour. Wondering if this is even a legit company or something fraudulent since the listing photos don’t even resemble the actual property for rent. Stay far away from these goons.
I have been trying to reach Johanna all week. I have called multiple times, sent e-mails, and requested to tour a property. NO RESPONSE at all. This is not good for business at all. I should not have to beg someone to give them money or my time. Not impressed with this company at all right now. The listing is on Zillow and they sent me an e-mail to follow-up...they should do the same to the agents listing properties.
