For what it's worth, I felt my experience was well above average in many respects. These folks are not just courteous but genuinely friendly and did good work on a couple of difficult pieces I had brought in. I like a good deal but I like quality work more, but the prices were not only reasonable, but they offered me a first time discount that made my day for sure.
