Appalling customer service from Suncorp after my accounts were compromised when their staff gave my secret password to a hacker. Yes you heard right, their staff gave a hacker my secret password. Then froze me out of my accounts and refused to help me fix the problem. This bank has terrible security processes.

I’m reviewing the customer service here, not the home loans or accounts or other financial products Suncorp offers. Over about 10 months my wife and I attended this branch after moving to Adelaide and always found the experience as pleasant as a visit to a bank can be. The environment in the branch is calm and relaxing and the three or four staff we regularly dealt with were always professional and attentive. Good customer service, however, only one branch open up to 4pm and closed Saturdays located in the city where finding a car park is a nightmare is not a good support & respect to SA customers. I remember there was a branch somewhere in Modbury and closed few years ago. It's not good for the 4th biggest local bank to have only one branch in SA if they are willing to serve SA customers.
