Poor customer service
So easy to find,good location, very neat and clean, excellent customer service- in person and on the phone
My car was involved in a crash in May 2025 (writing this Oct 31 2025) - completely the fault of the other driver for reference (which Suncorp has agreed was the case). Since then Suncorp has repeatedly broken their promises to me to communicate with updates regarding their progress in processing this claim (the hold up being the other party cooperating in the process). Terrible customer service. Didn't get paperwork I requested and services I was promised which ended up costing me a lot of money. Very disappointed and unhappy.
Appalling customer service from Suncorp after my accounts were compromised when their staff gave my secret password to a hacker. Yes you heard right, their staff gave a hacker my secret password. Then froze me out of my accounts and refused to help me fix the problem. This bank has terrible security processes.
