Went into the bank regarding a couple of issues with our account. Staff member, Rose, was very helpful and had a 'nothing was too hard' vibe about her. She explained clearly what had to be done and was very efficient. Thanks Rose

Poor customer service
So easy to find,good location, very neat and clean, excellent customer service- in person and on the phone
My car was involved in a crash in May 2025 (writing this Oct 31 2025) - completely the fault of the other driver for reference (which Suncorp has agreed was the case). Since then Suncorp has repeatedly broken their promises to me to communicate with updates regarding their progress in processing this claim (the hold up being the other party cooperating in the process).
