I know Luís his dome some many work for me I agree with Luis example if I take my machine to get fixed and if I choose not to fix with them, I expect the machine to be returned to me the way I left, it not the way they gave it to him .Another Example if I take my car to the mechanic, and there was a problem with head gasket he’s going to return my car without the cap, off course not,he gonna give back the same way like I give to him !!!
I was at Suncoast Sprayer Repairs on Bayshore in Port St. Lucie; I am very disappointed with them; I was treated very poorly; and I will seek my rights; I took my Graco 3900 spray machine; and they kept it for inspection, after 1 day they called me and said that they checked it and to fix it it would cost 1300 dollars; that the piston was bad, I said no; that I can't pay that now, that I would pick up my machine, when I got there they charged me 50 dollars to check it and I paid it. Was told 5-6 days for my machine to even be looked at. It’s been 2 weeks and I’ve not gotten a call to be given an update.I’ve had to call 3 separate times and seem to get nowhere and keep getting told “your machine is next”. Absolutely last time I bring any of my machines here. Would leave 0 star if it was possible. Absolute joke of a place.
