I was just hung up on by associate who is telling me that something was wrong with my account when I was trying to call in a pick up for roll of Cap sheet from a previous order that I had placed with them. Mind you I have a $35,000 credit line and my balance right now is less than $10,000 in all items are showing as current, but she wouldn’t set an order for pick up and then when I was trying to discuss it, she hung up on me. I drive by here more than once a day, easy. Very local resident. Great to see good jobs so close to home. Drivers please note a school located just a bit south of Suncoast Roofers Supply on two-lane Lemon Rd. Arrivals around morning drop off and 3PM might be slightly affected.
I asked the guys not to drop the shingles too hard on the roof and I hardly heard it at all. These guys were great!
I worked with this company and I will let you know how disheartening it was to see the conditions they subjected their employees to. 16 plus hour days and a lack of compassion for their employees was both alarming and potentially illegal. After a whole truck of shingles and a 9 hour job they loaded them up with another whole truck and showed zero compassion for their people . This was legal slave labor .
