Amanda Brown at Suncoast has been my property manager for 2 years now. Given the current environment with evictions and turnover, Amanda has been very helpful. She worked with me, taking video and pictures that were required for my sale to Opendoor. She went above and beyond, working on weekends to get my house ready. I am very pleased she is taking care of my houses.
