Tom and Lois made sure the process went through extremely well. But Tom and he crew had been able to even work through COVID to make sure our pool was installed and working GREAT, thank you team
Tom and Lois at Suncoast were amazing to deal with. Very polite and always happy to answer my stupid questions, lol. I made a few changes along the process, and they were happy to accommodate. Other pool company quotes had a lot of "added costs" on them for things that Suncoast includes in their base price. Make sure you know what you're getting if you're pool shopping! They kept me informed of everything along the way, and the end result is amazing! We love our Suncoast installed Latham pool!
